These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Staff Management System operated by US MEDIA NETWORK. By accessing or using the system, employees, administrators, contractors, and authorized users agree to comply with these terms.

1. Introduction

The Staff Management System is an internal platform for managing attendance, payroll, leave, employee records, internal communication, content publishing, website management, and social media integrations.

2. User Eligibility

Access is permitted only to authorized employees, administrators, management staff, and approved contractors. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.

The system may allow publishing to platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Users are responsible for content accuracy, copyright compliance, and following platform policies. The organization may remove or restrict violating content.

5. Payroll & Attendance

The system may generate payslips, attendance records, leave reports, and HR documents. Report discrepancies immediately to Administration or HR.

6. Intellectual Property

All system content (software, logos, branding, media, databases) remains the property of US MEDIA NETWORK. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data. Users must also follow good security practices to protect their accounts.

8. Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, misuse, unauthorized access, or illegal activity. Serious breaches may result in immediate termination.

9. Third-Party Services

The system may use third-party services (cloud hosting, social APIs, payroll integrations). Those services have their own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

US MEDIA NETWORK is not liable for temporary downtime, third-party failures, data loss from user negligence, external cyberattacks, or indirect damages. Maintenance and upgrades may cause occasional interruptions.

Users must keep employee information, salary data, reports, and credentials confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may lead to disciplinary or legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published within the system or shared via internal notices. Continued use indicates acceptance.
